Room Rates

Rates start at $109.
Handicapped Accessible King Suite- $119
(Currently out of order)

We have 11 rooms with maximum
occupancy of 20 guests.
Rates are subject to change without notice.

Amenities

All rooms have a private bathroom with a tub or shower, a desk, television, refrigerator, wireless connection, and a large, comfortable bed.

Roll Away Beds

Rollaway beds are available.

Ready to make your reservation? It is easy! You may either call us directly at 575-703-9236 or check availability and book now online. For online bookings you must agree to the policies before a reservation is booked.

Policies

Deposit

No deposit is required at the Heritage Inn. However a valid credit card will be required upon reservation.

Cancellation Notification

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. As long as you let us know by 3 pm the day before you are scheduled to arrive your card will not be charged. If you cancel within 24 hours of your arrival day, you will be charged for one night and the rest of your reservation will be automatically cancelled. If you make a reservation on the day of arrival, and have to cancel, you will be charged for one night’s stay.

Check In/Out

Check-in time is after 3:00pm.
If you will be arriving very late or very early, please call us to make specific arrangements.
Check out time is 11:00am. Later check out times can sometimes be accommodated.

No Smoking

We do not have any smoking rooms. However, smoking is permitted on the patio.
